As a frontline supervisor you are faced with a more diverse workforce requiring a wider range of supervisory skills; an Agency that needs to be responsive to a wider range of needs from the individuals served; and responsibilities that are affected by outside influences including tight budgets and regulatory changes. Finding a sense of personal well-being, effectively managing stress and taking control of your time are key components of being an effective frontline supervisor.
